If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Thauma & The Moon within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll be happy to work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns or refunds cannot be offered for normal variations in handmade items, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
